Welcome,
My name is Xavier Olive.
I am a full-time researcher in a start-up called airpx, in Paris area. I was born in Southern France.
After some years in Toulouse for my studies and a stopover in Sophia-Antipolis, I came to live in Kyoto, Japan, and spent four years there. I am now back to Paris area, sharing my life between my new job and my family.
I am curious about anything people can talk about with enough passion.
Apart from my research topic, I am currently particularly interested in:
- foreign cultures and languages,
- photography,
- music, particularly jazz and bossa nova,
- traditional medicines: acupuncture, yoga, cooking,
- reading and writing,
- independent cinema,
and many other things we can talk about next time we meet.
