Recently on the web - 2
I wrote some days ago a summary of what I could find interesting on the web. This is my second edition of Recently on the web.
I have found some articles about information overload. Everyday, by checking email, RSS feeds, browsing social networking, checking news, we waste a lot of time if we don’t do it correctly.
- Merlin Mann made a conference about how to keep an Inbox Zero.
- Monika Mundell published also about dealing with information overload, on email, TV, RSS, etc.
- I also found an article about how to get the most of social networking sites and
- found this family-oriented network helping you to draw a genealogy tree.
- About productivity, I found this article about Dvorak simplified keyboard. I already published some months ago an article about the French version of this layout, that I use daily.
- As I visited the 大阪人権博物館, the museum for Human Rights in Osaka, I read some articles about 部落民 (Burakumin), people in Japan who can be compared to Indian Untouchables. Wikipedia article and an essay.
- This article (in French) speaks about being White in France nowadays.
- And finally, an article (in French) about the Namdaemun in Seoul, that I saw when I visited last Christmas, and that was set on fire on February 11th.
